The conference
This site collects the agenda and the abstracts of the 1st EUP AH&W Scientific Conference on Animal Health & Welfare, organised by the European Partnership on Animal Health and Welfare (EUP AH&W).

The venue is a short walk from Villa San Giovanni station on metro line 1 (red), which runs directly to the centre of Milan and Duomo square.

About the agenda shown here
The published agenda is a day-by-day outline: it gives the order of the blocks but not their times, so only the satellite meeting shows a time slot. Rooms have not been assigned yet — every session takes place at the venue above.
Accepted abstracts are not published yet. The submission deadline is 31 August 2026 and authors are informed of the outcome around mid-October 2026, so contributions currently show Abstract not yet available .
Satellite meeting
The conference is preceded, on 19 January, by a satellite meeting on the role of Artificial Intelligence in animal health and welfare research and its practical application on farm and in veterinary settings. Three session topics:
- Disease surveillance and predicting outbreaks
- Animal health and welfare monitoring
- Vaccine development and antimicrobial resistance research

The programme, the abstracts and the author profiles are only visible after you sign in. This page stays open to everyone, so that the practical information is here also for who cannot get in.
The organisers send you a username and a password by email before the conference. If you cannot find them, write to badge@example.org
Your device remembers you, so you only type the password once: reloading the page, or opening the site again the next day, keeps you signed in until the end of the conference. Press Sign out to forget it — on a shared device, do.
To add your photograph and your scientific interests, press Edit your data : on a phone it is at the top of the Authors page, on a larger screen it is next to Sign out in the blue bar. Closing that form does not sign you out, so you can open it again whenever you like.
